Lynn Nace, Editor
A graduate of Millersville University, Lynn Nace has been with Merion Publications Inc. for 15 years. She started her MPI career on the ADVANCE for Medical Laboratory Professionals magazine, then became editor of ADVANCE for Administrators of the Laboratory in 1996.

Todd J. Smith, Senior Associate Editor
Todd Smith, a graduate of Bloomsburg University, has been with ADVANCE for Administrators of the Laboratory for six years. Prior to joining ADVANCE, he spent two years covering the research and development trends of the pharmaceutical industry.

Kelly J. Graham, Assistant Editor
Kelly Graham is a 2006 graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with minors in Journalism and Spanish. In addition to her position with ADVANCE, she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Communication Studies.
