Lynn Nace, Editor
A graduate of Millersville University, Lynn Nace has been with Merion Publications Inc. for 15 years. She started her MPI career on the ADVANCE for Medical Laboratory Professionals magazine, then became editor of ADVANCE for Administrators of the Laboratory in 1996.

Jill Hoffman, Senior Associate Editor
Jill Hoffman holds a master’s degree in print journalism from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in English writing from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been a journalist and editor at daily and monthly publications since 1996.

Kelly Graham, Associate Editor, Web Editor
Kelly Graham has been a part of the ADVANCE for Administrators of the Laboratory team for four years. She is a 2006 graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with minors in Journalism and Spanish. In addition to her position with ADVANCE, Kelly is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Communication Studies.
