Did You Know We Have These Russian Doll Measuring Cups?

An organizational - and promotional - solution!

I love gadgetry that makes life easier and more organized. Generally a slob at heart, I struggle to keep things in their places around my apartment. The kitchen usually gets the worst of it. Since moving back in May, my measuring cups have lived in so many places I can't keep track. First, they resided in a drawer, but had to move to make way for dishtowels. Then they headed up on a cabinet shelf, but were pushed out of there by coffee filters and a coffee canister. Finally, they ended up tossed next to the spices in a different cabinet. Now I mostly peek in the dishwasher first and then check out random cabinets and shelves until I hunt one down.

In an effort to be a better cook, I bought a gourmet French cookbook with meals you could whip up in less than an hour. The main lesson in the introductory chapter is this: you'll save a ton of time if you know where everything lives in your kitchen and have it all prepared ahead of time. Eep.

When I spied these Russian doll measuring cups, which nest neatly and would look great right out in the open on a countertop, I immediately wanted them. Look how cool those are! You'll never have to search around for measuring cups again.

These are customizable, and you can put your logo on the back. The concept is so cool that these aren't likely to be discarded, and the Russian doll measuring cups would make great employee appreciation gifts (hey, the holidays are coming ...).

The nesting doll measuring cups come in sets of six - including the illusive 2/3 and 3/4 sizes - so recipients won't have to dirty two cups to get the right amount for a recipe. Because these Russian doll measuring cups nest within each other, they won't take up a bunch of room, and as I mentioned above, they're definitely cute enough to put right out on the counter, getting plenty of exposure for your logo. The Russian doll measuring cups would certainly make a memorable giveaway (and if you buy some - can I have a set? I'll repay you in French cooking.).

About Lynn Jusinski

After an internship at a home magazine where she wrote about media rooms and $500,000 pool renovations from the comfort of a teeny, cluttered dorm room, Lynn Jusinski graduated from a small college in Pennsylvania and then moved on to write for two weekly newspapers in suburban Philadelphia. A column she penned for the papers won an award from the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association. In 2007, Lynn moved back to the magazine world, and worked full-time as an associate editor for ADVANCE for Health Information Professionals. Her work on the magazine led to “Rookie of the Year” honors and a second place feature award in the annual Editorial Excellence Awards presented by Merion Publications Inc. In her free time, Lynn is typically stuck in traffic, shopping, reading, constructing poorly made crafts and hanging out in and around her hometown.
