&lt;p&gt;I am also seeing a generational shift, and see physicians starting to accept their responsibility in coding, and some even preferring to enter their own charges. &amp;nbsp;25 years ago, when I started in healthcare, I remember typing a claim form on the typewriter! &amp;nbsp;How times have changed.&lt;/p&gt;
