You may place as much or as little information as you want about yourself on your profile. I have heard of some great stories of two friends of mine who landed positions either thru recruiters or from connecting with other connections. I believe it is truly worth it. There are filters whereby you can block types of communications you do or do not want to receive. I, too, had been leary about networking sites but if you set yourself up on a &amp;quot;professional&amp;quot; site you can connect with others of your specialty anywhere in the country.&lt;/p&gt;

They are saying there will always be sick people who are seeking medical attention. But now, they failed to tell the viewers that most healthcare facilities right now are looking to hire candidates with at least 2 to 3 years experience. If a candidate's experience is above the limited years, the person will not get hired. &lt;/p&gt;
