Preparation is when we REALLY learn, mull it in over in our mind which allows creativity to bring the concepts to life! &nbsp;I loved when it was my turn!</p> <p>My world was broadened not only from knowledge gained, but also from the networking opportunity. &nbsp;I enjoyed getting to know others, their job roles and &nbsp;I gained more of a global appreciation for our department. &nbsp;I hope to give back by facilitating a book review in the future.</p>
