I loved the innovation used by the facilitator for 17 Irrefutable Laws of Teamwork. She facilitated the first few weeks and then we had an opportunity. Preparation is when we REALLY learn, mull it in over in our mind which allows creativity to bring the concepts to life! I loved when it was my turn!

My world was broadened not only from knowledge gained, but also from the networking opportunity. I enjoyed getting to know others, their job roles and I gained more of a global appreciation for our department. I hope to give back by facilitating a book review in the future.
