ASCLS Celebrates With Awards Ceremony
With Disney tunes piping into the room, the ASCLS began its 78th annual meeting with an awards ceremony.
Corporate sponsorship recognition was given to BD Diagnostics; Bio-Rad Laboratories; Diagnostica Stago; and NerenPossible Services.
Mary Ann McLane, MLS, PhD, was given the past president's gavel from BD Diagnostics.
Barbara Brown, the awards ceremony emcee, also noted the Beckman Coulter Student Travel Grant winners: Claudine Kuehni (Gould City, MI); Melissa Saxlund (La Vista, NE); Jessica Thomas (Eros, LA); Phyu Thwe (Milwaukee, WI); and Justin Welsh (Hershey, NE).
