The Seven Dwarfs of Productivity
Sneezy, Sleepy, Dopey, Doc, Happy, Bashful and Grumpy. These are the names of Snow White's friends, the Seven Dwarfs... or are they the names of your coworkers in the laboratory?
In the Refresh Leadership blog, Jared Brox writes how, despite working in a high pressure environment (a mine, if you recall), the Dwarfs definitely have problems with productivity.
Sneezy is sick but continues to work anyway. Sleepy is tired from working overtime. Dopey just doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Doc is a little bit of a know-it-all. Happy is so busy making everyone, well, happy, that he's not getting any work done. Bashful is too afraid to speak up and share his great ideas. And Grumpy ... I'm sure you can figure that one out!
