What Qualities Do You Admire in a Coworker?
Think back to all of the coworkers you’ve had throughout the years. What makes for a bad coworker? Is it the coworker who was so infatuated with herself that she didn’t ever make time to speak to you? Is it the one who you constantly caught "fibbing"? Is it the one who was a sad sap who worked hard to make sure others were just as miserable as her? The one who was only concerned with getting to work at the last minute and leaving as early as humanly possible? These are clearly not qualities we like to see in coworkers.
What kind of coworker do we admire? The one who put in extra hours and is truly dedicated to the craft? A coworker who brings meaningful change into the workplace? A leader who actually listens to the ideas presented by staff to make the work environment better? One who will help you when you’re in a bind?
