Don't miss this ASCLS Annual Meeting session, sponsored by ADVANCE Newsmagazines:

Identifying and Implementing Non-Labor Cost Savings in Your Lab
Presented by J.R. Constance, MHA, MT(ASCP), Rodric Consulting, LLC; and Deb Rodahl, MLS(ASCP)CM, HealthEast Care System

There are many opportunities in the clinical laboratory for cutting non-labor costs. Using real world examples, attendees will be presented with two perspectives – that of a consultant and that of a laboratory director – on how to identify, implement and monitor non-labor savings in your clinical laboratory.

Investment Return:

  • identify specific areas in the clinical laboratory in which to explore opportunities for cost savings or increased revenue;
  • describe how to quantify, implement and monitor identified non-lab savings; and
  • discuss examples of actual non-labor savings achieved by a hospital system.

Wednesday, July 27, 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the Georgia World Congress Center
