I do not want to teach; I do not want to do research and I do not want to open my own practice. So, please tell me what is the point, particularly if I am not going to be getting paid any more and it can further confuse the patient? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Will those of us who do not go back to school, be grandfathered in?&lt;/p&gt;

I can't afford to go back to school and work full time and not get reimbursed for it. If it doesn't mean full reimbursement from the insurance companies or that we can't have prescription authority in Florida, or independent practice, what's the use? I can still take care of my patients without it.&lt;/p&gt;
