Take the Money and Run
I'm not sure what to think about the current financial crisis and the so-called bailout plan. Mainstream news is reporting dire warnings from the White House about international financial ruin if the plan isn't passed. It's also reporting legislators' claims that the public rejects the plan.
But the reports that get to me are the first-person interviews with people who can't get a loan to start or expand a company or who can't get a line of credit to keep the business open. I haven't heard anything from health care providers — nurse practitioners or physicians. Have you? What have you heard, and how is the situation affecting your practice, if at all?
