Elizabeth Jones, NP, entered the nursing profession in 1979 as a licensed practical nurse and earned associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing before completing her doctorate of nursing practice degree in 2007 at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis. She has practiced as an NP in several settings including primary care, urgent care, public health, infection disease, psychiatric/forensic, correction, gaming, clinical research, and finally retail health. She has many years of experience in leadership and management, preparing her for her current position as a lead nurse practitioner for eight retail-based clinics in Memphis, TN. .

Jayne Targgart, NP, is a certified family nurse practitioner. She worked as an RN in hospitals for 13 years, in orthopedics for 2 years and the rest in neurology. Jayne was a clinical instructor for a nursing program at a state university. As a nurse practitioner she has worked in family practice, occupational health and orthopedic trauma, and she is currently working in a retail health clinic.


Jodi Delagrave, NP, is a family nurse practitioner who has been working in primary care family practice for the last 10 years. She is working with a retail health operator in the Madison, WI market. Jodi is also a clinical assistant professor at University of Wisconsin–Madison where she teaches in the graduate and undergraduate nursing program.


Rachelle M. Lukes, NP, is a family nurse practitioner at a retail health clinic in Miami, Florida that offers a wide variety of services from immunizations to the diagnosis of disease processes. Rachelle sees pediatric through geriatric patients in a multicultural setting. She graduated in December 2006 with a master of science in family nursing from the University of Florida. She has been a nurse in the emergency room and on a medical/surgical floor. She loves nursing as there are so many varied opportunities.


Pat Bird, NP, is a family nurse practitioner employed by a retail health clinic in the Atlanta area. She has over 10 years experience in the family practice setting. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau.




Elise Ledbetter, NP, is a family nurse practitioner who graduated Georgia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in 1972 and completed a Master of Science in Nursing in 2005 from Georgia State University. She has a M.Div. Degree from Columbia Theological Seminary and has varied nursing experience. She became a retail clinician in 2007.



Theresa Goodman, NP, currently works as a family nurse practitioner in a retail health setting. She has been a nurse practitioner for 7 years and a nurse for 15 plus years. She has a master’s degree in nursing from Case Western Reserve University and an M.S. in public health from Walden University. She is a certified family nurse practitioner and has experience in various medical arenas. She is a published author, has spoken at regional and national conferences and has received a few grants for research.
