Wendy Spoor-Hof, COTA/L, is a pediatric COTA/L working for Easter Seals of CT/RI in their birth-to-three program in Connecticut. Her background is in feeding/oral motor and sensory challenges. She has worked in a school system, a sensory clinic, and on the pediatric floor of a rehabilitation hospital before finding her niche as a birth-to-three therapist. Prior to becoming a COTA, Wendy explored the globe while working as a travel agent. After 20+ years, she decided to return to college and follow her dream of becoming a therapist and working with children. It was a lot of work with long days juggling a job, a family, and studies but with the support of her family and friends she graduated with honors.
Wendy enjoys helping to make a difference in the lives of the children she treats as well as their families. Her desire to help children spills over into her “free time” where she helps grant wishes and speaks to groups on behalf of the Connecticut Make A Wish foundation. Wendyf can be reached at
