Published February 28, 2008 12:11 PM by Stephen Cornell

U.S. Army PA Patricia Mistretta is the second author of an article about female sexual dysfunction that was published in the March 1 issue of American Family Physician. (Frank JE, Mistretta P, Will J. Diagnosis and treatment of female sexual dysfunction. Am Fam Phys. 2008;77(5):635-642)

PATRICIA MISTRETTA, MPAS, is a physician assistant in the Family Medicine Clinic at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Ga. She completed the Emory University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program, Atlanta, Ga., and received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha.

American Family Physician is the clinical journal of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Strangely, they listed MPAS as her only credential. No PA-C.
