New York Man Arrested in PA-Related ED Incident
This guy really is not on board with the PA concept.
Walter S. Duggan, 55, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after the 3:40 a.m. incident at the hospital, said Glens Falls Police Sgt. Keith Knoop.
Duggan had gone to the emergency room for treatment, and was upset that he was being seen by a physician assistant and not a doctor, Knoop said. So he began kicking chairs, and swung a door, causing it's handle to put a hole in a wall, police said.
