malpractice specialty procedures you're paying the medical expertise. you're paying the risk medical provider malpractice. don't pay the costs nor the procedures.

A large amount of people need quality medical care but uninsured can not afford the medical fees. an atrocity that quality medical providers turn patients away when they can't afford their services. Turn patients away what medical care is provided for your patients? To make this clear I've only seen a medical provider three times in the past twenty years.

Typically PAs spend 15 minutes with patients; in the US the average time a doctor spends per patient is 6 minutes and it takes an average of 23 seconds before the patient is interrupted. As far as clinical hours in order to get into PA school there are a required amount of healthcare hours and according to a 2007 survey, 79% of PA new students had previously been employed in a health care field. In the 2007 survey mentioned above 79% of PA new students medically underserved regions.

These people make these comments not even considering the state that our healthcare system would be if it were not for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners both. They don't understand that they get charged less for a clinical visit because they physician does not have to employ additional physicians at a greater cost to provide care that PA's and NP's can for less. Additionally, there are a lot of MD/DO providers that shudder to think that someone who's program doesn't include all of the "paying dues" classes could provide the same level of care as them. There are turd MD/DO's, PA's, and NP's alike. The primary care "gap" along with the Physician Assistant profession to fill it were both created by Physicians. Then they have the nerve to whine about it. Half of the complainers are working in areas outside of shortages such as Primary Care and ER. Just because you can read a book and regurgitate what you read doesn't make you intelligent. It just means you have a good memory.
