The Busy PT's Guide to Finding Balance

About The Busy PT's Guide to Finding Balance

Work and home life naturally affect one another.  If your child's nasty cough keeps you up all night, you aren't at the top of your game in the clinic.  Likewise, if you have a co-worker who drains the life out of you from 9-5, your family isn't getting the best of you when you get home.

That is why maintaining balance is so important:  Balance at home-Balance at work-and Balance between home and work.  If you ever feel like a juggler with one too many balls in the air, this is the right blog for you!  Here you'll find short posts that you can "grab and go" put to use immediately.

Would you like to spend more of your days in the world of "I want to do" and less time in the halls of "I have to do"?  Here we'll discuss ideas to streamline areas of your life that take up too much time, and show you how to free up time for the activities you enjoy.  In addition to simplifying your life-at home and at work, we'll also be talking about relationships-at work and at home.   Whether you're struggling with home management or conflict management, you're at the right place.

So, pull up a computer screen and a coke (caffeine-free, of course) and sit a spell.  90 seconds should do.  Then, if you have something to share, pull out your keyboard and stay as long as you like!  The more we talk, the more we learn from each other and the more balanced our lives can become.  I look forward to finding balance with you.
