I've got the 30 day shred! I did it for about two weeks before Christmas.... Ironically, my two year old grabbed the DVD on Monday morning and insisted on watching "Mommy's exercise." I was wondering if that was a hint for to me to get it together. After reading your blog today, I'm thinking it was probably more than a "hint." %0d%0aKeep up the good work!

I have been resisting this new workout 4-3-2-1 with my husband. I'm motivated. It is always good to know that you are not by yourself when it comes to things like your weight.

Thank you and have a great summer.

I was the tiny, petite little thing that could eat anything she wanted and never gain an ounce. Now I'm 45 with reading glasses and extra baggage just about everywhere. I was really wondering how the scale could say I'd lost six pounds (the absolute most I've been able to get rid of in the past year) and my clothes still fit tight or worse, don't fit at all.

For now, my husband wants to try PX90 or whatever it's called. Something about that sounds really hard. I'll keep your program in mind. Just let me know if it really works or not.

If this is middle age, I'm not sure I can handle old age!
