&lt;p&gt;My husband and I were just talking about how difficult it is to get our minds to settle at home...so many things to take our attention. &amp;nbsp;So one thought is when you are scheduling quiet time, also designate a special spot for that time that isn't associated with other activities...go to the same place so your mind becomes trained to be quiet at that time in that place. &amp;nbsp;My sister-in-law has a special chair...she only sits there during her quiet time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I might have to go to Iowa to find a place not associated with other activities!! &amp;nbsp;But it's an idea someone else might be able to incorporate :-)&lt;/p&gt;
