Understanding my role and position as a PTA has been a constant learning process, sometimes frustrating, sometimes joyous, but always rewarding when it comes to patient care.  There have been times I did not feel like I was part of the team and times I had made significant contributions to the departments where I worked. 

Therapy has been and always will be a journey with highs and lows and this blog will take you through them as well as some of the personal struggles I deal with on a daily basis.  I invite you to read along with me on my journey in and around the therapy profession.

Jason Marketti is a husband, a father and a PTA in that order, which has kept him in check and allowed him to stay focused on what really matters in life. With 12 years of experience in the profession as a PTA, he has worked in almost every aspect of patient care and enjoyed most of it.

He has been married for over 14 years and has three children - who own a dog, a cat and a rabbit. They are avid travelers and enjoy the beach and the mountains and try to get away from it all as much as possible.
