Therapy Pants

Published April 28, 2010 3:08 PM by Jason Marketti

I am extremely hard on my clothes. I bend, lift and squat throughout the day and my clothes, especially shoes and pants, go through a beating. Most of my dress shoes now have permanent creases across the toes with either the sole coming loose or cracks across the bottom of my shoes. And my pants will literally fall apart at the seams within a week depending on my caseload.

Then I remembered the Chuck Norris Action Jeans and began to pursue whether they were still available and if they come in khaki or black. Sadly, I couldn't find any. Now I am determined to find pants that will look nice and stand up to the abuse I put them through. I just don't want to look like the UPS guy, a construction worker or the electrician when I am treating patients.

Maybe I need to design a pair of dress pants that will stand up to the wear and tear I place on them and ask Stacy London and Clinton Kelly how I look while standing in the 360-degree mirror. And as you all know, scrubs are not an option for me.

Ha Ha, I remember the Chuck Norris Pants.  Just wear the scrubs and be like the rest of us.

Dockers...ugly as sin but you can't kill 'em.
