Done that. Thought that. &amp;nbsp;Even now, two years out, I get overwhelmed at times. &amp;nbsp;What do I do? &amp;nbsp;Prioritize and do the one that needs to be finished first. &amp;nbsp;If it takes me a day or two to get through them all, so what. &amp;nbsp;I know that my documentation will be more thorough and efficient if I take my time vs fly through them. &amp;nbsp;My other advise? &amp;nbsp;Take really good notes during your examination. &amp;nbsp;After the 3rd patient, you'll be surprised at how you'll forget which minute detail belongs to which patient. :-) &lt;/p&gt;
