Pockets as Protectors

Published 03 August 09 02:06 PM
Introducing our new line of IguanaMed scrubs!

I have two of everything important, sans iPhone (that would be a bit of a costly duplicate) and including cats. My friends laugh as I pull out my wallet with two of the exact same debit cards, and I own two sets of car keys with twin house keys on both sets.

My things have a tendency to go missing, so when it comes to the pertinent stuff, the suck-your-breath-in-when-you-realize-you-don't-have-it stuff, my solution is just to keep two of every one of those. Pockets, therefore, are my friend, especially deep ones that stuff won't spill out of. Places to stow stuff help to ensure that I won't need those backups anytime soon.

That's why, when brushing up on our new line of IguanaMed® scrubs, I was pleased to see that the brand is quite pocket friendly. The tops we carry have two and three pockets each. These scrub pants by IguanaMed even have hidden pockets, for your super secret stash of dimes and nickels, along with a pager clip on the inside. Think of all the things you could not lose!

As a bonus, the IguanaMed scrubs are designed to move with you and feature a stretchable high-performance cotton blend fabric that's durable and breathable for those long nights and days working on the hospital floor. We're so proud of our new IguanaMed scrubs offerings that we're even throwing in a bonus giveaway while supplies last. If you spend $25 or more, we'll throw in this tote (yet another place to stash your important stuff).

What's your pocket policy? Are they a must-have or a useless addition?

About Lynn Jusinski

After an internship at a home magazine where she wrote about media rooms and $500,000 pool renovations from the comfort of a teeny, cluttered dorm room, Lynn Jusinski graduated from a small college in Pennsylvania and then moved on to write for two weekly newspapers in suburban Philadelphia. A column she penned for the papers won an award from the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association. In 2007, Lynn moved back to the magazine world, and worked full-time as an associate editor for ADVANCE for Health Information Professionals. Her work on the magazine led to “Rookie of the Year” honors and a second place feature award in the annual Editorial Excellence Awards presented by Merion Publications Inc. In her free time, Lynn is typically stuck in traffic, shopping, reading, constructing poorly made crafts and hanging out in and around her hometown.
