What concerns me is the statement that palliative care is the equivalent of hospice. As a provider of 20+ years in the field of homecare and Hospice, I have not found an agency that could provide &amp;quot;Among the people who are able to be part of a palliative care team, Speech Language Pathologists can be a participating member, as well as PT's and OT's, Bereavement Counselors, Medical Social Worker, Medical Director, RN Case Manager, a Chaplain/Rabbi and a Creative Arts and/or Complementary Therapist(s). Please refer me to this agency so I may invite them to be part of the task force report since they have accomplished what no one else could. Clearly if this is the case than I need to reassess the need for hospice at all, actually it sounds like hospice. Thanks&lt;/p&gt;
