Shhhhh… It’s Time to Play SNEAK!
This is a unique game the combines both the use of the iPad's camera as well as the microphone. The premise of the game is the lay some bait out for a "beastie" and when you seem the beastie come out to eat the bait you slowly sneak over and take a picture. The image below shows the 5 bait types used in the game, each luring out a different beastie. You also have the option to turn the narrator on or off as well as select the difficulty level. The difficulty level varies how sensitive the microphone will be when it "listens" to you sneak over to take a picture of the beastie. If there is too much noise the beastie gets scared and runs off and you lose that round.

Once you select the bait, you must run away and go hide. I have been using this portion of the game to target spatial concepts. I set up objects like a therapy ball, colored chairs, bean bags, etc... around the room and then direct the child where to hide. So for example I would say something like "Go hide under the yellow chair." The children just love it and get to get up and move around the room to work on following directions and their spatial concepts!
