How can I bill for the time for use of Leukotape or Kinesiotape? This includes: skin prep, cutting, applying and them reassessing treatment response.  We only charge for the actual tape, not for the application.  I would consider it part of manual therapy or neuromuscular re-education but our supervisor's investigation of billing codes do not.  Therapists who have recently worked elsewhere report using 'neuromuscular education'.
