Hi I'm a new graduate I have been working in a privately owned Orthopedics practice for approximately  eight moths and I would like to explore other areas in the physical therapy field , like Pediatrics But I don't have any experience in this area. My question is how do I make the transition  from orthopedics to pediatrics and what are the traits or  skills that a pediatric's PT should have?
