    Can anyone help me? We have 5 people working evening shift. Three areas must be covered. Can someone make a schedule to where we get a weekend off?

     

    We would love working one weekend out of three OR would settle for working every other weekend.

     

    Please help. We also have a 6th person that could fill in if necessary to complete the schedule. At least 3 people must work each shift.

    Hello,

         Our second shift works like this....We have 4 techs that work Wed to Wed- 8 days on with 6 days off.  The first two work their 8 days on and then the next two work their 8 days on.  We also have 2 other techs who work M. T, TH and F.  On Wed, the 4 that work 8 on - 6 off are here.  It makes the schedule work very good.  It makes us have 4 techs here every night until 10 and 11 pm.  We also have a float tech until 6 pm.
