if you have hearing loss in it , you can fit hearing aids , if you dont and you ENT found where is the problem then let him do his Job , because ringing in the ear or Tinnitus what we called it is a sign for something wrong , sometime you can solve it , and others you cant , the alternatives are Tinnitus maskers
