When I went to college, my original major was nursing and I even went so far into my second semester of nursing school. During my second semester, I felt that maybe nursing wasn't for me and dropped. I ended up with a degree in speech pathology. However, nursing was always there in the back of my mind plus I love working with people and trying to promote better health matters. My issue now is that I am currently a special education teacher and I would like to get back into my first career love: nursing. I was thinking that maybe I should get my CNA license and try to apply for LPN school. I just got married and I do not want to mess up any financial situation. How should I get back into the nursing field? Any advice is welcomed. Thank you!
