$50 for participation in a Type 2 Diabetes Market Research Study

We are reaching out specifically to Health Care Professionals who treat Type 2 Diabetes in their patients.  We are particularly interested in reaching out to Registered Dieticians, Nurses, & Nurse Practitioners that are part of the Diabetes Educator Community.  We have fulfilled out need for NPs but are STILL LOOKING FOR NPs with CDE and RNs with CDE.  There are also openings for Registered Dieticians that are not certified diabetes educators.

Your participation is vital and critical in helping us to develop effective Programs and Tools for patients with Type 2 Diabetes.

This study offers a $50 honorarium upon completion. We appreciate your time and participation in this Market Research Study.  To participate in the survey simply email DCSurvey@knology.net

and I will provide a link for each individual to participate.  These are individual links.  At the end of the survey, you will be asked for Name and Address.  This information will be used for no other purpose than to send the honorarium for participation and will not be collected nor used in any other way..

Each research study has eligibility requirements and completion quotas. Once you qualify, this specific questionnaire is designed for you to complete in no longer than 25 minutes. When the appropriate study quotas are met, our technology immediately shuts down the survey and notifies you if study participation has been met.
