Hi everyone, i am looking for a COTA supervision chart that talks about what kind of supervision an entry level, interm. and advanced COTA needs, anyone know where to find that?

I don't know of a chart, but the licensure laws for my state give good definitions of what is required at each experience level. Ours are accessible on the state website. Good luck to you.

You can find COTA supervision guidelines in the state guidelines, and via AOTA. They are pretty specific regarding the level of experience the COTA has. Also, you need to keep documentation of the supervision you provide as the state can ask for it at any time.
