While I realize fiction has its privileges. i was disturbed when watching the first show, a nurse administered an unsafe dose of insulin. After checking with the doctor he was told by the MD that the order stood. This type of interaction between nurse and doctor took place 50 years ago. Today the nurse after raising a question about the dosage and still ordered to give it would have taken the next step and gone to nursing administrator. Nurses would not knowingly administer an unsafe dosage. Wonder if anyone else had the same reaction. This episode put both doctors and nurses in a bad light.
