I have worked in a LTC environment at this location for almost 2 years.  After getting a great review months late I did not get a raise.  I thought ok that is fine I am getting paid more then what a typical COTA is in this area.  The only benefits I use is vacation and sick time.  Found out this week that they are changing the policy without telling anyone from a prorated type to so many per year.  They are trying to tell me that I am over in vacation time and sick time for this year since I have not working for the company two years and they have been holding back vacation/sick time since May and did not tell anyone this!  So they are telling me "I owe them about 20 hours" altogether.  I do like where I work and I am comfortable here, that is my issue.  Would you stay being treated like this or would you look for some place new? 

I think you have to decide your values but if you aren't going to stick up for you and advocate for your professional worth they definitely won't respect it.  We have awesome training and you need to be valued.  Start looking for a new job (WE ARE IN DEMAND!!!!) and serve your time there but I would move on...
