    Hi there,

    Would anyone please clarify me on whether or not I've coded the following scenario correctly?

    UTI secondary to sepsis, urinalysis showed E. coli

    038.9, 599.0, 041.4

    Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I see no indications of true sepsis so I would code only 599.0 and 041.4
