I interviewed at a facility that is not JACHO accredited.  What does this mean to you?  Does this mean they have lower standards than other facilities?  Or does it just mean that they havent been accredited yet? This company is less than 10 years old, it is a fairly new company. Is it not in our best interest to work for a company that is not accredited?

 More importantly, what does it mean to the employee and how does it affect their performance, career image, experience and skills to work for a company that is not JACHO accredited?
