I am a contract home physical therapist and having a hard time finding out more about Pay for Performance. I wonder how it will affect the number of referrals I receive. Will I get more referrals because the agencies will be working harder at getting patients more functional or will I get less because they will stop over utilizing PT? Does anyone out there have any thoughts on the subject?
