I am currently a HIMS/billing & Coding student. I was wondering what is the biggest challenge in this career field? What can I do to gain experience while going to school and is getting the creditials hard? If anyone can give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I am also currently a student, however I am in the RHIA program. I was wondering how the HIM world will be different once ICD 10 comes out? Also, what types of changes and qualifications we will need?
