Seeing non O.T. kids in groups

I have been working the school system for 11 years. One of my districts wants me to see the whole class even though I might only have 2 kids in that class. I am currently "prepping" for about 100 kids of week for fine motor etc. I am not able to focus on my O.T. kids and my documentation shows that I wasn't able to see exactly what my O.T. kids were doing. Any advice or suggestions on how to get away from doing the whole class and just focus on my O.T. kids?

When I see students in their class or in a group with children not on my caseload, I tend to prepare the session to meet the needs of the children on my caseload.
