I am a freshly certified med technologist (ASCP) living in the US, and I'm interested in working in other countries. I'm not sure how it works, and I'm having trouble finding information. Most interested in Europe, I'm so eager to see the world while gaining experience in my career field in any continent.

Ideally, I'd like to work in the US for a year or so to get some experience with a company that has international locations that I could transfer to. Is this possible if I'm willing to obtain licensure for specific countries? Where can I find information on the matter?

In the US there are organizations for traveling med techs that help find and fill temporary positions across the country. Are there any options like this internationally?
