Hi TD,
Thanks for the added info. I have two practicing NP's in my program. One was practicing in an Alaska Native village in Alaska when she started the program. She is now in the Bay area of California. Our other NP works full time (3 --12's) in the ER. they both fly in for two or three days and then fly right back home for work. The class is online except for "intensives" the first trimester has two, one at the beginning for orientation (student ID photos, etc.,), to the software, to meet fellow students and one at the end to give oral presentations. After that only one "fly-in" event near the end of each trimester until you are completed. There are options to take one class at a time, two at a time, or full time --three classes at a time. I am currently full time, and have not been able to work full time (agency one or two days a month only). The courses run year round.
