My business partner and I share a lease, I'm the NP and she is the Acupuncturist/TCM provider. 

Acupuncturists are credentialed on their own license and credentialed by insurance companies. Are you a licensed NP and Acupuncturists or are you looking for training to add Acupuncture to your skill set and practice? Or are you looking to add an Acupuncturists to your office? And who are you looking to be credentialed with?

Some of what you are asking will depend on state license/practice acts. Others will depend on insurance comapnies. If you hold dual license, that brings in other issues.

Just an FYI. When opening my office last year, I had a heck of a time getting insurance. NSO disqualifed me because there was an acupuncturist in my office even though she has her own insurance, her own license and her own practice/business structure.
