    I have been an LPN for 13 1/2 yrs and I agree with you very much. I have seen and done a lot more things and have a lot more experience than a big portion of the RN's that i have worked with have done. I think that when a LPN has 10 plus years experience in more than 1 area that he/she should be able to take a test to qualify them to sit for boards w/o going back to school. I feel like I could pass it easily. That would help w/ the nsg shortage.
