There are Nurse Refresher Programs out there that you can do and some allow nurses to customize the curriculum after getting the basics done as well as customize clinicals. For instance, you could do the CE programs for OR like the other nurse suggested with AORN after review of physical assessment, pharmacology,etc. Then, do clinicals in OR, Post Op, PreOp,etc.
