I am a PT and seeking a PTA or PT or fitness facility or exercise physiologist for a developmentally delayed adult relative in NY.  I live out of state and know of all the specialist and exercise opportunities in my area (i.e. indoor walking programs for gait training with her walker, equipment loaning organizations, entertainment......).  I'm finding it really difficult to find exactly what she needs even though I've searched the internet, the information is often outdated or inaccurate.  Any suggestions?  Any suggestions would help. 

FYI, she lives in Brooklyn NY.
