I am now told that in the future I will need to do both and just have the MD sign off on the chart after a quick meet and greet following the visit. Is this wrong? Illegal? I'm informed that this is how all the practices practice. True or False?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Help...... &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
