One of the companies I contract with provides Therapy services to Home health agencies. This year they want to&nbsp; have me, the PT, do the initial eval, and then turn the patients over to PTAs to cover. My question or concern is with re: to liability if something should go wrong during the PTAs&nbsp; course of treatment.Once I release the patient to the PTA,with who and how is the liabilty shared or not shared among myself, the company that contracts with the PTA, and the PTA himself?<br>
