&lt;P&gt;At this point I think I'd like to talk to someone by phone or even meet them during 'office' hours to see what a typical day is like.&amp;nbsp; Could anyone point me in the direction of someone who would be willing to speak to me in the DC/Bethesda area?&lt;/P&gt;
