Definately the Cuviello Manuals, volume 1&2, and use those practice questions, most of them were on the test. Good Luck!

    Hi There Crystal,

All you will need is Cuviello's Reference Manual for Medical Technology- Volumes 1& 2. The first 2 times that I attempted the AMT mlt certification exam I didn't know of the Cuviello Reference Manuals. Before attempting the exam for the 3rd time I purchased the manual and studied them every day for about 3 months. Then I contacted AMT to schedule a date to sit for the mlt certification exam. Since it was my 3rd attempt Patrick Cuviello of AMT informed me that I would have to pass a 300 question pre-certification exam with a score of 80% before I could take the actual certification exam. I studied hard and passed the pre-certification exam. Then I was declared eligible to sit for the actual AMT mlt certification exam. The exam was very comprehensive but I managed to pass it. If you haven't already done so, contact Patrick V. Cuviello, M.S., M.T. @ 1911 Fairfax, Corsicana, Texas 75110. The 2 manuals will cost about $50 or $60. The manuals are great and will definitely help you pass the exam. I'm not going to wish you luck because perseverance gets us what we want, not luck!

Hi! My name is Roselle. Is your book still availble? Are you using it still? Let me know. I can't find that book anywhere.

Not sure if everyone is aware of this but Mr. Cuviello died last year and his books were self published so they are no longer available.   AAB has a good set of study material you can use, that is what I'm studying.
